“A dreamy pop jam with hints of MGMT, Temper Trap and Local Natives”. Zo maakten we kennis met de boys van Little White Things (Londen). Ier David Behan en Zweed Max Bergstrom ontmoetten elkaar per toeval op een huis-feestje in Oost-Londen, maakten plannen om een band te maken en zie daar, debuutsingle Step Back is daar.
En de eersten tekenen zijn lekker, blogs all over the world pakken ze op en schrijven prima teksten. Zo schrijft The Line of Best Fit: “Woozy, gently hypnotic production – complete with chimes and heavily effected guitars – creates something of an MGMT, Empire Of The Sun hue, with subtle, cold sense of sadness to pack a punch on top of this immediate and undeniable catchiness.” Clash Music vult aan: “Gorgeous, gossamer pop with a psychedelic twist, it’s a subtle, slow-burning introduction.”
